In Moorhead:

Monday-Saturday 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sunday 12 noon-7 p.m.
In Fargo:
Garbage Utility Building
8th Ave. N.
Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Not only can you potentially get a $2,000 scholarship, you can participate in a new program that Fargo is promoting to increase participation and give back to the community. Area nonprofits, churches, and school groups will be given a $75.00 donation for every 100 hours of service they provide. You can donate your hours to the group of your choice!
