The Law & Order Club Sponsors a Food and Clothing Drive for CAER
The Law & Order Club is sponsoring a fundraiser for CAER - Community Aid in Elk River!
CAER is a local non-profit organization serving families in Elk River and Otsego. They provide families with food, emergency supplies, and financial assistance, and rely on donations from individuals and organizations such as MSB to keep their shelves stocked!
The Law and Order club has put up posters around campus with information, and hope that staff, faculty, and students will help make this drive a success! If you wish to donate any items from the list below, you can do so by dropping them off at the table that has been set up in the student lounge. Donations will be taken today through November 14th.
CAER accepts the following donations:
CASH: Used to purchase large quantities of food at discounted prices, and assist families in financial need.
FOOD: Non perishable food items are accepted. See the display in the student lounge for suggested items!
CLOTHING: Clean, in-season garments are accepted
HOUSEHOLD AND PERSONAL HYGENE ITEMS: Toilet paper, toothpaste, and other personal supplies are also needed. See the display in the student lounge for more ideas!
